Best study aid for CivPro!

I've had the pleasure of learning CivPro from Prof. Janssen and this study aid is exactly how he teaches his class. Once you get used to reading logic maps and following the flow of it, this study aid helps the most when you have a general idea of what is going on in CivPro but it would benefit you to organize your thoughts. If this aid doesn't do it for you, I suggest trying again because you really only need basic knowledge of the course and this makes everything seem so much more simple and realistic than what you'll encounter in any other study aid or class room. I just wish all the other law school courses had this type of book!

1L first semester this is a fantastic book

If you're a visual person, this is for you. Some of the charts are out of date, but that's OK. It'll take you through an entire flowchart and then you'll hit an out of date "square." Overall, it's a good flowchart way through Civ Pro. I used it both semesters. It does not have much in the way of some of the FRCP Rules on discovery. It's more of a bigger picture book.
