Don't buy the kindle edition. Get the hard copy.

Content of the book is great. Entails a detailed workout plan that you can customize for yourselve as well as invaluable advice and strategies on nutrition and training. Would have given 5 stars but will go with 3 on the kindle addition as the kindle edition is real junk in terms of setout and layout compared to the hard copy. Purchase the hard copy, its a world apart from the miserable kindle edition.

Same ideals of any body transformation book with nothing special. Very disappointed. I was looking for something new for motivation and a solid plan but this book is more of a sample plan that left me looking for more detail and motivation. As I read thru each chapter I found myself comparing this book to Bill Phillips Body for LIfe and various Men's Fitness books that outline exercise, cardio and fitness routines for optimal health. The only issue is that this book is vague and lacks motivation. From chapter to chapter I was always looking for something more.
