A wonderful read and great explanation of metaphysical concepts

This book was so engaging that I read it in its entirety in two sittings. Heather brings us on a journey of her own personal transformation from someone wary of the metaphysical world to her evolution as a healer. Because of her vulnerability, as the reader we are each able to see parts of ourselves in Heather's story. And she shows us that by living with an open heart and a willingness to learn not only can good things happen but truly magnificent. Heather makes concepts that might seem out of reach comprehensible, and she offers tangible things that we can each to to raise our energetic vibration and thus not only heal ourselves but heal the world. I recommend this book to anyone who is a self-truth and self-growth seeker.

Get ready to be inspired for your own transformation!

Heather McCutcheon is a very generous writer and healer in sharing all this amazing hands-on experience. While reading amusing and touching anecdotes you end up identifying with it, learning a lot about yourself,as well as gaining valuable knowledge in different healing and energy practices. It's really a precious guidebook for whomever is searching for answers of well-being in this physical world and beyond.
Things you will learn in this book include: chackras, energy healing, reiki, mediumship, shamanism, past-life regression and more. You will find tips as to how to further your research and how to connect the dots in your own journey. The writing is accessible, vibrant and be ready to take a big breath before you start reading because it might be awhile before you can put it back down. This book is a source of light and love and will enrich anyone who will read it. And like a Reiki treatment, it will give you exactly what you need at the right time, to support your physical and spiritual path.

I loved it! There was enough material for three books

I loved it! There was enough material for three books! The intuitive reading experience reminded me of the short excerpt from one of Tama Janovitz's book in a Hungarian literary magazine, I read almost 30 years ago. I didn't know English well enough at the time but years later I read everything she wrote. :-)
The middle section, the author's story as a mystic could've been a book by itself. It may open a lot of closed eyes... Gives good guidance as well. I will have to check out the referenced materials for more.
And the third part is my favorite—an executable action plan!!! I was already sure before reading this book that Reiki was the right path for me, but I get "The big picture" now.
This book should be compulsory literature in a lot of places. It should definitely be a pre-requisite when taking any public service job.
I will read it again and make notes in it. It is a course book to be studied.
